Who is this Package for?

Our Compact Garden Design is for those with small gardens who are investing a limited amount but still want a beautiful and considered space to enjoy.

This package is for gardens up to 150 sq m. Gardens must also be fairly level with good access.

If you have £15-45K we are able to support you with a simple but impactful design to take forward with a trusted landscaper to build.

What do you get for £15K vs £45K?

This depends entirely on the square meterage of the garden and the complexity of the space. For £15K you will be have a garden design with an emphasis on soft landscaping. For £45K you will be able to achieve more hard landscaping elements and some carefully considered garden features.

How do you charge?

Our design fees are calculated depending on the project ranging from 10-15% of the total build cost. We keep costs to you down by creating a simple package of drawings. We provide you all the basic information a landscaper needs to know what is where and provide them details for the main material units. We then entrust the landscapers to work with you to design the details for the finish and create their own specification.

Do you recommend landscapers?

Absolutely we do! We recommend you work with accredited landscapers to ensure a quality build and to protect your valuable investment. Project Monitoring (overseeing the build) is not included but we can do regular visits for an additional fee if you would prefer us to maintain oversight.

Masterplan

This package is for the confident home owner who is happy to take on some of the project management and monitoring themselves. This package gives you the basics, and while we do our best to provide as much detail as we can, it will require some creative input from your landscaper, namely creating the specifications, and construction details. You will also have to manage the tendering process and oversee the build and installation of features.

If you prefer, we have the full design package option available for small gardens which allows you to step back and be confident we are able to detail and oversee the whole project throughout.

Alternatively, you may wish to simply rejuvenate your beds and borders, in which case we have our planting plan service that may suit you better.
